Tuna & Mixed Salad
Ingredients:
- 500 g mixed salad (lettuce, frisée, lamb’s lettuce…)
- 300 g tuna in olive oil
- 12 black Greek olives
- 12 cherry tomatoes
- 1 small can of corn
- 1 red onion
- 4 hard-boiled eggs
For the vinaigrette:
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp strong mustard
- Salt and pepper
Instructions:
- Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, let cool, peel and quarter. Peel and finely slice the onion. Wash and dry the salad and tomatoes. Drain tuna and corn.
- In a large bowl, mix everything including olives. In another bowl, mix the vinaigrette ingredients, pour over the salad, toss and serve.
