Tuna & Mixed Salad

Tuna Mixed Salad

Ingredients:

  • 500 g mixed salad (lettuce, frisée, lamb’s lettuce…)
  • 300 g tuna in olive oil
  • 12 black Greek olives
  • 12 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 1 red onion
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs

For the vinaigrette:

  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp strong mustard
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions:

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes, let cool, peel and quarter. Peel and finely slice the onion. Wash and dry the salad and tomatoes. Drain tuna and corn.
  2. In a large bowl, mix everything including olives. In another bowl, mix the vinaigrette ingredients, pour over the salad, toss and serve.
