Exceptional olive oil. Rooted in Tunisian soil.
Ingredients:
- Tunisian Salad: 1 cucumber, 2 tomatoes, 1 onion, 1 bell pepper, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper, 1 tbsp dried mint
- Mechouïa Salad: 3 bell peppers, 1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 garlic clove, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tsp coriander & caraway, salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 potatoes, 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 tbsp tbsp harissa
- Olives and capers

- Chopped parsley and onion
Steps:
- Tunisian salad: Dice the vegetables, add oil, lemon, and spices. Mix.
- Mechouïa: Grill, cool, peel, and blend. Add oil and spices.
- Cook the diced potatoes with turmeric. Drain.
- Heat the oil, crack the eggs, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Arrange: Tunisian salad, mechouia, potatoes, eggs.
- Add tuna, variations, olives, and capers.
- Add harissa, chopped parsley, and onion.
- Finish with a drizzle of olive oil.
